Confidential advisor for inappropriate behaviour & workplace integrity

As a certified Confidential Advisor I can help your employees with issues concerning communication, relations and management that have hurt or offended them and have led them to feel unsafe at work. Possible issues may be bullying, intimidation, (sexual) harassment, aggression, violence and discrimination.

Also in cases of suspected misconduct, fraud, theft or other issues that can damage the company, an employee has the right to speak to a Confidential Advisor.

Available for Dutch and English speaking employees. Professional in communication and reporting skills.
